I am even using some of the designs in my own home remodel... The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks in the back of the house is unbelievably relaxing. The house was well supplied with all the needed amenities. The one thing I would suggest is the addition of some furniture in the living room and a larger dining table. The house has a 4 wonderful bedrooms which suggests that at least 8 people probably occupy it on a normal rental. The one problem is the dining table only seats 4. The kitchen island seats 3 and the table on the lani seats 4. There is no place for everyone to sit together. The living room has a sectional, but that is the only piece of furniture. It would be nice to add a chair, etc. for more seating. The property is great and by no means does this detract from the quilty and location. We had a great time and would recommend it.
